Terms & Conditions

JCJ Transformative Consulting

Effective Date: October 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JCJ Transformative Consulting ("JCJ," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, purchasing our digital products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable service agreements and policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the applicable website or service.

2. Our Services

JCJ Transformative Consulting provides organizational development and effectiveness consulting, organizational assessments, management development resources, educational programs, and related professional services.

Service descriptions, availability, pricing, and deliverables may vary.

Consulting engagements may be governed by separate written agreements, proposals, or statements of work. Where a separately executed agreement conflicts with these general website terms, that agreement governs the applicable engagement.

3. Digital Educational Products

JCJ offers digital professional-development resources, including the JCJ Manager's Toolkit™.

The JCJ Manager's Toolkit™ is offered as a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the original purchased course and included resources, subject to the continued availability and operation of the course platform.

Lifetime access does not guarantee that the course will be hosted indefinitely or that future products, expansions, or updates will be provided without additional charge.

If a course or platform must be discontinued, JCJ will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and an opportunity to download available materials, where feasible.

No recurring subscription fee applies to a product expressly advertised as a one-time purchase.

4. Purchases and Payments

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be changed for future purchases.

Purchases are processed through third-party payment service providers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and account information.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed during checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Digital educational product purchases are, generally final once access has been provided, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Customers experiencing duplicate charges, billing concerns, access difficulties, or technical issues may contact support@jcjtransformativeconsulting.com for assistance.

We aim to respond within two business days, excluding weekends and observed holidays.

Refund terms for separately contracted consulting services are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Assessment Services — Refund & Eligibility Policy

JCJ Transformative Consulting maintains a non-refundable payment policy for the following professional assessment services:

  • JCJ Organizational Health Assessment™

  • JCJ Small-Team Health Diagnostic™

All assessment fees become non-refundable immediately upon payment, except when the purchasing organization is determined by JCJ Transformative Consulting to be ineligible for the selected assessment service or when a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Eligibility Exception

If JCJ determines that an organization does not meet the eligibility requirements for its purchased assessment, the assessment will not proceed, and the organization will receive a full refund of the assessment fee.

Once payment has been completed, refunds will not be issued solely because an eligible organization:

  • Changes its decision to participate.

  • Cancels the assessment.

  • Delays or fails to provide necessary information.

  • Experiences insufficient employee participation.

  • Chooses not to implement the recommendations provided.

Service Delivery

If JCJ is unable to provide the purchased assessment services, JCJ will address the matter in accordance with the applicable service agreement and applicable law, including providing a refund when required.
