Meet Jada

I’m the founder of JCJ Transformative Consulting, where I help organizations identify and repair the hidden leadership and communication breakdowns that impact culture, engagement, and performance. Many workplace challenges labeled as “employee problems” are often symptoms of deeper issues within leadership systems, accountability, and organizational structure. I hold a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and my work combines evidence-based psychology with real-world business experience. Through the JCJ Transformative Leadership Framework™, I help leaders strengthen communication, trust, accountability, and strategic alignment within their teams. My approach balances systems thinking with a deep understanding of human behavior because lasting transformation requires both. I work with organizations and leaders who want to create healthier, more effective workplaces built on clarity, trust, and sustainable growth.

My professional background spans administration, management, hospitality, entrepreneurship, marketing, and consulting, giving me a broad understanding of how leadership directly shapes workplace culture and organizational success. Those experiences inspired me to build a consulting practice focused on helping businesses and individuals grow through intentional leadership and people-centered strategy. Beyond consulting, I’m a Boston-based entrepreneur, creative, and proud mother who values transformation in every area of life. I’m passionate about leadership development, psychology, hospitality, creativity, travel, and building meaningful connections with others. Whether I’m helping a company improve organizational culture or supporting personal growth, my mission remains the same: helping people evolve into stronger, healthier, and more empowered versions of themselves.
