I’m the founder of JCJ Transformative Consulting, where I help organizations uncover and address the leadership systems driving workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational performance.

Many workplace challenges labeled as “people problems” are actually symptoms of deeper issues in leadership, communication, accountability, and organizational systems. My work focuses on identifying those root causes and helping organizations create sustainable, evidence-based solutions.
