  • The assessment typically includes leaders, managers, and employees across the organization. Participation recommendations are based on your organization’s size, structure, and goals to ensure a comprehensive view of organizational health.

  • Yes. Individual responses remain confidential and are only reported in aggregate. This encourages honest feedback while protecting employee privacy.

  • Our assessment is designed for organizations of various sizes. We work with organizations of up to 100 employees, and participation is customized based on your organization’s structure and assessment objectives.

  • Your assessment data is used to identify organizational strengths, opportunities, and patterns across leadership, communication, culture, engagement, accountability, and strategic alignment. Data is used solely to develop your Organizational Health Report and recommendations. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
